As each tooth is extracted over time, we add a replacement tooth to your transitional partial denture so your smile remains complete at every stage. You never experience an extended period without teeth, and each visit is straightforward and low-stress.
Once all extractions are complete and your mouth has fully healed, we assess the next step together. In many cases your transitional partial is relined and converted into a permanent complete denture. If a new prosthesis is the better option, we guide you through that process with full continuity of care.

Not always. In many cases the transitional partial can be relined and converted into a long-term complete denture, which is both efficient and cost-effective. In other cases a new prosthesis may be the better path depending on healing and the condition of the existing denture.
