Upbeat, full... read more of energy and I felt I could trust him right away. I came in with a lower flipper broken. He right away gave me options. Clearly explaining why this or that is better. The honesty (Integrity) from this man is impeccable. I felt like a person not a sign of money for him. He truly wants his clients to leave happy with the proper solution. He did not try to upgrade me to something more expensive (even tho I suggested to get something more expensive) Yusuf simply explained that it would not be the right solution, then provided other recommendations. He set up an appointment without delay. He was a life saver. Very friendly, gentle, caring and professional, he was able to make my mom a new set of dentures without having to leave her room in long term care.
